Gayle Forman once said, "It is an act of bravery to feel your feelings." We hold this statement to be true. As your therapists, it is our hope to be able to develop a therapeutic alliance with you to walk the journey of exploring and overcoming whatever challenges and obstacles you may be facing. By implementing several different types of clinical modalities, it is our goal to be able to meet you where you're at and serve you the best way possible.
From the Founder

Shared Space was birthed out of the desire to create and foster an environment that welcomes all, and it is my hope that it becomes a safe haven to many. Choosing us for your therapy means stepping into a safe, compassionate, and empowering space where your well-being takes center stage. At Shared Space, our therapeutic alliance is a partnership that honors your mental health journey while helping you uncover your strength and potential.
I chose this profession to serve others in their pursuit of optimal quality of life and their commitment to the development of their full potential. It is my desire to foster an environment of acceptance that is both safe and welcoming so that you can explore your inner depths. In doing so, you will be surrounded with empathetic listening, positive regard, and welcomed into a judgement-free zone.
Using an extensive approach, I understand that your journey is different, which is why I utilize both CBT and DBT (amongst other psychodynamic modalities) to create an individualized approach in working with you. Andy Andrews once said: "To be able to live life is a privilege, but to be able to live life to the fullest, well, that is a choice." I want to help you achieve that life.
When I am not working, I aim to find things that make life that much richer. I am most fulfilled and spend my spare time working, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and trying new foods (who doesn’t?).
